Saturday May 3rd 4:30-6:30pm Kentucky Derby Barn Social
Come and cheer as the Performance Horseback Riding lesson horses participate in their own race around the arena. There will be a photo op with the horses in front of a back drop. We will have fun games and crafts. Wear your biggest and fanciest derby hats! And watch the race live with us at 5:55pm.
Sunday May 4th 2:00pm 4-H Club Tack Swap at the Porter County 4-H Building
This is a great place to get new gear at a great price, Show Team!
May 18th 1:00-4:00pm Fair Practice Clinic

May 25th 2:00-4:00pm On Site Show
Performance Horseback Riding is hosting an on site show for its Premium Package students! The fee is $65 per rider. Please email redcedarhorsefarm@gmail.com if you would like to participate. Fees are refundable up to 48 hours prior to the show if you cannot make it. Come and show off your skills in western and english classes, and win some ribbons for your wall!
May 30th 7-8pm 4-H Intro to Horse & Pony Workshop
This is for anyone who has signed up with the Porter County 4-H and joined the Intro to Horse & Pony project. Didn't sign up but want to? Enrollment for Porter County 4-H is open through May 15th!
May 31st Midwest Western Equestrian Team Open Show
This is an off-site show that is open to our Show Team, and if there is room to Premium Package students. The fee is $170.00. The night before requires prepping your horse from 7-9pm. Performance Horseback Riding handles all transportation the day of the show. Please have your rider at Red Cedar Farm by 6am. This is an all day event! Parents are welcome to meet us there and watch their rider at Midwest Saddle and Bridle Club. Parents can pick their riders up back at Red Cedar Farm afterwards. We will keep in touch with times but it will be 10pm or later. Please send your rider with at least $40 cash to pay for the classes they want to participate in. Also, have them bring money for concession for lunch or bring a pack lunch. If you would like to participate in the show, please email redcedarhorsefarm@gmail.com

PUBLIC EVENTS
Saturday May 3rd 4pm-6pm Annual Kentucky Derby Barn Social!
$5 per family for non students, free for all students and their family. Come celebrate the biggest horse race of the year with us. We will have photo ops with our horses with a backdrop. Cheer on our horses as they show you what they can do in a live relay race. Wear your biggest, fanciest hat to watch the Kentucky Derby live! We will also have several crafts for the kids to do.
